Sailing courses in the Mediterranean
Learn to sail along the most beautiful Mediterranean coastlines
The program
We adapt to the individual needs of each participant by designing the itinerary and the programme together.
Whether you have never set foot on a boat or you wish to become a skipper, we offer you our supervision to initiate you, improve you or go towards the mastery of sailing.
Our particularity: we are two instructors on board, which allows us to individualise the learning process even more throughout the week.
We offer two types of courses, which can be adapted to your profile and your objectives:
Discovery and initiation course: Discovery & learning of the fundamentals of sailing, basic theory, some free time to explore the coast and do other activities. (equivalent to level 1/2 FFV)
Intensive course: 100% dedicated to sailing, learning and progression are at the heart of the programme. We use the French Sailing Federation’s level grid to offer you a complete teaching programme and allow you to evaluate yourself throughout the week. When we are not sailing, theory sessions are organised. (equivalent to level 3/4 FFV)

Day by day

The objectives of the course are agreed individually with each participant.
Here is an example of the programme and itinerary for a 7-day trip from Nafplio, Greece:
Day 1: Welcome on board the yacht from 7pm, at the port of Nafplio or Sampatiki. Welcome aperitif, installation on board and overview of the week’s programme.
Day 2: First day of sailing, direction: Kiparissi. This large bay located in the south of the Argolic Gulf is home to a small, well-preserved traditional village and offers a particularly peaceful natural shelter. A long day of sailing, an opportunity for everyone to get to know the boat and to practice all the posts. Lunch while sailing. Depending on the weather, we can drop anchor for the night or moor at the dock. At the end of the day, we will discuss everyone’s expectations to refine the programme for the coming days. (35NM)
Day 3: Sailing towards Porto Heli, a small seaside village on the other side of the Gulf. For this second day, everyone will be able to occupy a particular role. Lunch on the water and arrival in port at the end of the day. (25NM)
Day 4: Porto Heli to Poulitra (15 NM). After a morning of refuelling, departure from the harbour towards the anchorage of Poulitra. Arrival expected mid-afternoon, short theoretical briefing before the aperitif and evening meal. Night at anchor.
Day 5 : Poulitra to Vivari (25NM). A beautiful day of sailing, the opportunity once again to assign each person a specific role to perform during the crossing. Arrival at the anchorage at the end of the day.
Day 6 : Vivari to Astros (10 NM). A short distance to cover, the opportunity to take time to practice manoeuvres. Accuracy in steering, crew coordination, performance and sail trimming are on the agenda for this day. Arrival in Astros harbour in the afternoon, dinner at the restaurant and overnight in the harbour.
Day 7: Astros to Sampatiki or Nafplio (10 to 15NM). Departure in the morning back to our departure harbour, we will take advantage of this navigation to answer your last questions and practice one or two last points, according to your desire and needs. Arrival at the port around lunchtime, meal on board. Collective and individual assessment of the week, with advice for further progression. Disembarking between 2 and 4 pm.
